The surgery politely requests that in the event of any queries or questions regarding any referral made by the GP to Secondary Care that the patient contacts the department at the Hospital to which they have been referred. The details are available from the referral gateway which patients are asked to contact once they have been seen by the GP, and further details should be available on correspondence received from the hospital consultant.
